Over the years I have worked with a significant number of clients helping them shape policies, strategies and programmes to support their diversity aims and objectives. This work has included strategic policies; programme reviews; expert advisor community-based focus group work; top team and Board training on equalities; equality schemes; research and statistical reports; equality impact assessments (EIAs); conference facilitation, and keynotes on equalities and diversity.
Until recently I was working with the South East Regional Development Agency (SEEDA) as external Equality Advisor, and Equality and Diversity Panel Member working with the Business Support team, and with panel members, contributing to mainstreaming equalities in the new corporate body.
